1. Organizing Company

The contest is organized by Ermes Dance.

2. Prizes

Each month, three (3) winners will receive:

• A 150€ Ermes Dance Gift Card to be used in our online store.
• A chance to be featured on Ermes Dance's social media platforms.

The gift card will be valid for one (1) year from the date of issue. After this period, any remaining balance will expire. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To participate, you must:

• Be 18 years or older.
• Have an active public Instagram account.
• Follow @ermes.dance on Instagram.
• Post a photo or video featuring Ermes Dance products, either dancing or styling them creatively.
• Tag @ermes.dance and use the hashtag #ErmesDanceFloor in your post.

4. Selection of Winners & Prize Distribution

Each month, three (3) winners will be selected based on the following criteria:

• Creativity and quality of the content.
• Artistic expression, whether through dance or styling.
• Engagement and interaction generated by the post.

Winners will be announced between the 1st and 7th of each month via Ermes Dance’s Instagram stories (@ermes.dance). They will also be contacted via direct message on Instagram.

If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected and the original winner will lose the right to claim it later. If no response is received from the replacement winner, the prize will be forfeited.

The 150€ gift card will be sent via email to the winner. If a product purchased with the gift card is returned, the refunded amount will remain on the card but will not extend its validity period.

5. Contest Duration & Geographic Scope

The contest is held monthly, with three winners chosen each month. Participants from all countries are eligible to enter.

6. Limitations & Disqualifications

• Employees of Ermes Dance or individuals involved in organizing the contest cannot participate.
• Participants who fail to meet the requirements or violate these terms will be disqualified.
• Any fraudulent activities, such as using fake accounts, will result in immediate disqualification.

7. Modifications & Liability

Ermes Dance reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the contest at any time. Any changes will be communicated through official channels.

Ermes Dance is not responsible for:

• Errors in participant-provided information preventing prize delivery.
• Temporary unavailability of the website or social media platforms.
• Issues arising from force majeure that affect the contest’s execution.

8. Data Protection

By participating, users consent to Ermes Dance processing their personal data for the purpose of managing the contest. Winners’ data may also be used for promotional purposes.

Additionally, by entering the contest and using the hashtag #ErmesDanceFloor, participants grant Ermes Dance the right to use, share, and publish their submitted content (photos or videos) across Ermes Dance’s social media platforms, website, and marketing materials. This usage will always credit the original creator.

Participants have the right to access, rectify, delete, and oppose the processing of their data by contacting info@ermesdance.com. For further details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
