Returns & Exchanges Policy
- Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
All items are inspected on return.
Each item must be returned in its original, UNWORN CONDITION, and with all its labels, packaging and - if applicable - documentation and original accessory elements that came with it.
The soles of the shoes must be clean and without trace of use. If this is not the case, we reserve the right not to make an exchange or refund. Please try on your shoes indoors on a smooth, clean floor (preferably carpet or rug) when you receive them so that the soles do not get dirty or damaged if the item is returned.
If the consumer and user does not proceed in this way or if the product has suffered any damage, the consumer and user accepts that the product may suffer a depreciation or that ERMES DANCE may refuse the return.
- Shipping costs are not refundable
- According to Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 approving the general law of the consumer in Article 108, point 4: When a consumer exercises their right of withdrawal after making a request in accordance with Article 98.8 or Article 99.3, they will pay the entrepreneur a proportional amount for the service already provided at the time they informed the entrepreneur of the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The proportional amount to be paid to the entrepreneur will be calculated based on the total price. If the total price is excessive, the proportional amount will be calculated based on the market value of the service already provided. Ermes Dance S.L considers that the service of delivering the goods to the customer and the expenses involved in handling and shipping will ALWAYS be deducted from the refund of an order. The amount will be a minimum of 15€ and a maximum of 30€ depending on the destination country of the order.

If despite our strict quality controls, you receive a damaged product, you have 24 hours to GENERATE YOUR REQUEST.
For sanitary reasons, and the overall safety of our customers: we do not accept returns for products that are in direct contact with intimate parts of the body
Mystery Box products, Outlet products and Last size products are not eligible for returns, exchanges and refunds.
- The costs for the return of the order (e.g. shipping costs through courier companies) will be handled directly by the consumer and user.
- To return your product, you should apply in the RETUR CENTER, once your return is approved we will provide you the address to ship the item back.
- ERMES DANCE is not responsible for the courier company that the consumer and user contracts for the return of the order. ERMES DANCE recommends the consumer and user to require the courier company to provide proof of delivery once the courier has deposited the product at the offices of ERMES DANCE, so that the consumer and user has proof that the product has been correctly delivered to ERMES DANCE. ERMES DANCE is not responsible for the address where the consumer and user sends the order for return if this address is different from those indicated. ERMES DANCE may ask the consumer and user to send such proof of delivery for verification.
- If you are from OUTSIDE the European Union, please mark the parcel as a gift and with a declared value of 19$. We will reject the parcel if we have to pay taxes.
ERMES DANCE will not, in any case, be responsible for products that are returned by the consumer and user without having carried out the process detailed above.
